Low Discharge NiMH AA and AAA Rechargeable Batteries - We are offering three brands right now that pass our qualifications: Sanyo Eneloop, Maha Imedion, and AccuPower AccuLoop. These batteries are top quality NiMH Low Discharge rechargeables.
Do not let the lower capacity numbers throw you off! These batteries contain the same capacity for practical purposes because the power is discharged slower and lasts longer. They are fantastic with high drain devices such as digital cameras. There are a couple of things that make these batteries unique and desirable:
1) These Low Discharge NiMH Batteries are charged when you buy them, so they do not need to be charged up before you can use them.
2) They charge on the same NiMH smart chargers you may use with your other high capacity NiMH AA or AAA rechargeable batteries.
3) The self-discharge of these Low Discharge NiMH batteries is negligible. Their shelf life lasts for months, with 85% of its charge still intact after one year.
